Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at Joytree Global Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Leveraging your expertise in sales and relationship building, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional gifting solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients within target industries and segments.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging digital platforms such as LinkedIn and industry directories.
- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects for corporate gifting services.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor customized gifting solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on gifting strategies and product offerings.
3. Sales and Business Development:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our gifting offerings.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve business processes.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably within the corporate gifting industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As an Intern at Joytree Global, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to various aspects of our business operations. Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in prospecting and lead generation activities, including researching potential clients, compiling contact lists, and initiating outreach campaigns.

2. Marketing Assistance:

- Help coordinate promotional campaigns, contests, and giveaways to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
3. Customer Service and Support:
- Respond to client inquiries, requests, and feedback via phone, email, and social media channels, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfilment activities to ensure smooth delivery of corporate gifts to clients.
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records related to sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and quality control checks for corporate gifting products.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the corporate gifting market, and prepare reports or presentations summarizing findings.
- Analyze data related to sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-centric attitude.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
